i tried to call out of work today. more because i was mentally tired then sick. i was sick too dont get me wrong. sick in 2 different ways. one was because god gave me a cold and my period. 2 because i was so tired from everything going on. did i get a chance to take the day off? no i didnt. i called and chrissy begged that i come in at 2. i was livid. even cried a bit. i bet if someone else tried calling out there would be no issue. but alas i went to work at 2 coughing and letting chrissy know i was sick. there was no thank you or any such nonsense. by the time i got out of work i felt better.
so i went with robbie to Ds house to watch boondock saints. that movie is fuckin hot as hell. irish men. mmm mmm. i sat there thinking if there was really a guy somewhere out there like conner. an irish man with the face of angle yet fierce eyes. doubt it though. such a shame. if i had a guy like that there would be no reason to ever get out of bed.
after the movie my cell rang and it was my sister. she was telling me how grandpa said he would co sign for the car. i was like oh..ok.
feb 21 saturday
tonite me and rich went to the battle of the bands in sayerville with panila, jen and some of jens friends. it was at the starlight ballroom. its a really nice place. bar and everything. so me, rich and panila got a beer and listened to some of the bands.
lord save the world of heavymetal. i dont know what some of these kids are thinking but the music world is in alot of trouble. one band played a punk cover of earth angel and omg was it bad. the kids in that bad were just out there too. they were talking about how the singer had a siezure before the show i was like...very nice.
the next band had a singer who we couldnt tell if ti was a woman or a man. finally we figured out it was a girl so that was that. her stage presance was good. singing sucked
i also had quite a good time making fun of generation next or whatever the hell they are. some of those outfits man. ugh.
we stayed for like 3 hours then decided we had had enough. panila wanted us to go to a diner down there but i was not feeling well so i went home.
