today i took another day off to go see the gigantour featuring megadeth, dream theater, fear factory, and some other no name bands.
but before i go in to that i would like to talk about my mother for a few mins. the womans heart is always in the right place but sometimes she really pisses me off. like today. i go downstaires to find her on the phone talking to a man at a bank about a loan she will be taking out for my car. a 15,000 dollar loan! i did not want at all a loan for that amount of money. hence the buying of another hyundai. first it pissed me off because she never discussed this with me first or even that she was calling the bank! second my car is running just fine and i dont want to get another one for awhile yet. it made it this far i was hoping to maybe keep the car until after christmas. maybe it would make it threw the winter!
as you can probibly guess i left the house to go to Ds about ready to tear out all my hair strand by strand. i just couldnt beleive she would pull that shit! the only reason i said yes to her getting a loan was because she said it would help her with her taxes. i would be doing her a favor. ok fine i said. i did not say take it upon yourself to call the bank and get the car without talking to me about it first. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
so when i got to Ds i was in a foul mood and not really in a concert going mood anymore. however once we had lunch and started to drive there i got more and more excited. this would be the first time i have ever seen megadeth live!
PNC bank arts center for a regular concert isnt what its like on ozzfest. we got primo parking. didnt have to climb up the hill of doom or hike 4 miles to get the center. just a few steps and boom we were giving the man our tickets. and for the first time i had seats! we were not on the lawn!
fear factory was awesome. during one of their songs
dream theater was good for the first hour. lol. then they got a bit boring.
megadeth was awesome! dave mustane looks hotter then ever! i have a thing for red haired men what can i say! d did point at that when he talks he kinda sounds like a midget but put some duct tape over his mouth and hes perfect! lol
all in all it was a nice day and i really enjoyed the show.
